Pressure Vessels

The ASME Pressure Vessel Code covers a wide variety of pressure vessel designs, applications, and constructions. The ASME code considers the user application needs, manufacturers, and inspection of pressure vessels to provide standards that will allow a reasonably certain projection of life, and provide a margin for deterioration in service to give a reasonably long, safe, period of usefulness.
