The above form calculates the Weight Watchers points based upon Calories, Fat, and Fiber content. The calculation uses the following formula: Points = (Calories/50)+(Fat/12)-(Dietary Fiber/5). Since the nutritional value of many foods is provided on a "Per Serving" basis, the points are calculated both "Per Serving" and "Total Points" for multple servings.
